The Strengths of the Introverted Networker

- Business Networking for Introverts -

I know a lot of introverted entrepreneurs who find networking very challenging. Much has been written on overcoming those challenges, but I was really pleased to come across an article by Dr. Ivan Besner, founder of the BNI, which extols the benefits that an introvert brings to networking. He points out that because we are such good listeners, we become very aware of the needs of others as well as what others have to offer, which equips us to be able to make appropriate referrals or offer solutions. I hadn’t thought of it that way, but now that I have, I realize that this is definitely one of my strengths when it comes to business networking. This may also explain why some of the best networkers I know are also introverts.

Sales Strategies for Introverts

- Business Networking for Introverts, Introverts at Work -

Patricia Weber of Professional Strategies Inc., who markets herself as America’s #1 Sales Coach for Introverts, has launched a Sales Results Group for introverts. Each group will be limited to seven people, and since introverts don’t usually find value in group work, the results of the experience will come from the required individual fieldwork and reporting to the coach. For more information about this new program, read Patricia’s press release.
