Dr. Maggie

maggie210Hello, my name is Maggie. I’m a Licensed Psychologist in Washington State and have a private practice north of Seattle. I am a Jungian therapist. Translated that means I believe each person is a whole, comprised of behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and spirit. I don’t think we can totally separate the parts but we can work on pieces of the whole.I believe each of us is on a journey, that no two journeys are alike, that we are interdependent.

For many years I worked as a registered nurse. At a crisis in my life I was led to a Jungian therapist. During that work I realized I wanted to be a therapist. My dreams had been pointing that direction for a long time and I had ignored them.

So as “a mature adult” I returned to school and got a PhD in Educational and Counseling Psychology. My dissertation research included use of the MBTI and dreams.

I continue using those and other modalities in my work with clients.
